Tim Leland serves as the Chief Development Officer of Bridgeview Eye Partners, and is responsible for leading the strategy and execution of the organization’s Practice partnership efforts. He has over 25 years of mergers and acquisitions experience within corporate development, private equity, and investment banking. Tim’s eight years of experience in leading or co-leading partnership efforts at three different private equity-backed eye care groups brings immense value to the Bridgeview team. Tim is seasoned in both the sourcing of new partnership opportunities as well as the successful execution of these transactions. Moreover, Tim is driven to find the “win-win” in his discussions with all prospective Bridgeview partners, and – as a former investment banker representing sellers – is uniquely qualified to understand and address the needs of owner Doctors as they consider a Bridgeview partnership. Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bowdoin College, and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
