Kevin Schwab serves as Director of Business Development at Bridgeview Eye Partners. He is responsible for the organization's growth and M&A initiatives. Prior to joining Bridgeview Eye Partners in July 2022, Kevin spent nearly three years as an investment banker at Copper Run Capital, initially as a Senior Analyst and then as an Associate. During this time, Kevin led and supported buy-side and sell-side M&A processes and played a key role in building their healthcare business. His earlier experience includes time as Senior Manager of M&A at Veterinary Emergency Group, M&A Associate at MedVet, and an Analyst at Bank of America focusing on healthcare transactions. Kevin has extensive experience in M&A transactions and has a complementary skillset including deal sourcing, financial analysis, valuation, and diligence. Kevin enjoys building relationships and works closely with our new partner practices from initial contact all the way through the close of a transaction. Kevin graduated from The Ohio State University, Fisher College of Business, with a B.S.B.A. in Finance and specialization in investments.
