Shady is a private-equity–proven, seasoned technology executive experienced in leading enterprise IT across multi-site, compliance-heavy healthcare organizations. His background spans global IT leadership, large-scale system modernization, cybersecurity, M&A integration, AI/ML innovation, and enterprise operations. Shady has a strong track record of aligning technology with business strategy to accelerate growth and operational performance. Throughout his career, he has led digital transformation initiatives that consolidated platforms, strengthened security, modernized enterprise systems, improved operational efficiency, and delivered multimillion-dollar savings. His leadership supported the growth of a healthcare organization from a small regional footprint to a large national presence and played a central role in multiplying the company’s EBITDA many times over. Most recently, Shady served as the Vice President of Information Technology at Ergotron, where he oversaw the company’s global information technology strategy. This included day-to-day technology operations, operational improvement opportunities, M&A activities, and strategic technology initiatives. Shady holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from the University of Nottingham and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Cairo University.
