Sean Gantley serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Bridgeview Eye Partners and is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing all financial related activities for the company. This includes direct responsibility for FP&A, accounting, treasury, revenue cycle, tax, procurement as well as M&A due diligence and integration. Sean has nearly 10 years of relevant executive management experience within the multi-site healthcare industry. Before joining Bridgeview, Sean was the Chief Financial Officer of Mindful Health Solutions (MHS), one of the largest interventional psychiatric MSOs in the country, leading the company through transformational change and culminating in a successful sale of the company. Prior to MHS, Sean was the Chief Financial Officer of DECA Dental Group (DECA), one of the largest branded de novo DSOs in the country. Sean helped double the size of the company to 170+ offices across nine states and helped to consummate a successful recapitalization with Blackstone. Prior to the DECA, Sean worked at PWC specializing in various financial assets including private equity positions, distressed debt, and collateralized financial products. Sean graduated from Florida State University in Industrial Engineering (BS and MS). He went on to receive his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from George Washington University with a focus on finance. He maintains his charter as a Charted Financial Analyst (CFA).
