Serves as the Vice President of Surgical Development & Physician Network Strategy at Bridgeview Eye Partners and is responsible for leading surgical growth strategy across the organization, with a focus on expanding referral networks, strengthening care pathways, and advancing access to high-quality ophthalmic surgical care. In this role, Olivia works closely with physicians, clinical teams, and referring providers to drive surgical volume, enhance coordination of care, and support a seamless patient experience. Olivia brings strong experience in territory development, physician relationship management, and consultative sales strategy within the healthcare and medical device sectors. Prior to joining Bridgeview Eye Partners, she served as a Territory Manager at Oculus Biologics, where she was responsible for developing and executing strategic growth plans across Illinois and Indiana. In that role, she expanded referral relationships, drove market development, and built long-term partnerships with key ophthalmic and surgical accounts. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering, graduating summa cum laude from the University of Illinois at Chicago. During her academic career, she focused on biomechanics, systems modeling, and applied data analysis, and contributed to research in gait stability and musculoskeletal function. Prior to her professional career in industry, Olivia gained experience in clinical research, neurofeedback systems analysis, orthopedic research, and healthcare operations support. She also served as a teaching assistant in computer science, strengthening her technical communication and problem-solving skills, and brings additional leadership experience as a high school basketball coach. Olivia brings a unique combination of technical training, clinical exposure, and relationship-driven development experience to her role, with a focus on expanding external referring optometrist networks, strengthening internal optometry-to-surgery referral pathways, supporting physician liaison strategy, and improving premium cataract conversion across Bridgeview’s surgical centers.
