Serves as Vice President of Accounting at Bridgeview Eye Partners, where she leads accounting, treasury, accounts payable, payroll, and procurement. She is responsible for financial reporting, internal controls, audit readiness, and the financial close process. Kara partners closely with executive leadership to support operational and financial scale. She plays a key role in M&A integration and financial systems transformation, with a focus on strengthening controls, driving process efficiency, and improving financial visibility across a multi-entity environment. Prior to Bridgeview, Kara served as Controller at Spectrum Vision Partners and began her career in public accounting at BDO, advising on complex accounting matters including revenue recognition and business combinations. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
