Christopher Lenoci serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Bridgeview Eye Partners and is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing all financial related activities for the company. This includes direct responsibility for FP&A, accounting, treasury, revenue cycle, information systems as well as M&A due diligence and integration. Chris has nearly 15 years of relevant executive management and investment banking experience within the multi-site healthcare industry. Before joining Bridgeview, Chris was the Chief Financial Officer of the New You Bariatric Group (NYBG), a Sentinel Capital Partners portfolio company and the largest bariatric practice management platform in the country. Prior to NYBG, Chris was the Chief Financial Officer of the Smilist Management (Smilist), the second largest private equity-backed Dental Service Organization in the New York Metro region. Chris helped double the size of the Company to 60+ offices within four states before consummating a successful recapitalization. Prior to the Smilist, Chris was an Investment Banker and most recently served as Vice President at Moelis & Co., dedicated to advising large healthcare service companies on capital raising and mergers and acquisitions. Chris graduated from the University of Maryland College Park with a dual Bachelor of Science Degree (BS) in Accounting and Finance. He also received his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Yale University’s School of Management with a focus on healthcare. He maintains his licenses as a Charted Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
