Brandy has earned a reputation as an experienced practice management director with a demonstrated history of working in the medical eye care industry. As the vice president of operations over the surgical division, she's charged with practice management and surgical operations. She's currently a Certified Paraoptometric Technician COA and Certified Ophthalmic Technician but her skills and expertise extend beyond the technical. She's adept at developing innovative business and organizational strategies while fostering a culture of team building and professional development. She was instrumental in taking the lead in the recent opening of a new 14,500-square-foot ASC and medical eye clinic in Mishawaka, Indiana. Most of Brandy's career has been spent in the eye care industry as a surgical director of secondary, and tertiary eye care practices in both Indiana and Ohio. She also has vast management experience in primary eye care. Brandy defines success as making a positive impact on someone's life and career path, especially when the organization benefits in terms of growth and stability. She believes everyone wins when the needs of the patients and the organization are considered at the same time.
