Amy comes to Bridgeview with a wealth of experience including working in the HR leadership space for Fortune 200 companies, the largest steel manufacturer in the nation, and one of the largest financial institutes in the US. She has partnered with small businesses to build their HR structures and strategies with a focus on culture, leadership development, and compensation philosophy. She has earned a reputation for being an expert in leadership development, and HR compliance and has presented on leadership and HR topics at universities and local women's conferences. Amy served as a member of the United Way Dekalb County board and as a community chair from 2016-2021. She currently serves as a professional member of the Northeast Indiana HR Association, and DeKalb County Chamber HR Round Table. She holds her BS in Organizational Leadership and Supervision with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Purdue University and MBA from Trine University.
