Bridgeview Eye Partners, an emerging management services provider to one of the fastest-growing providers of multi-level eye care in Indiana and northwest Ohio, announced today that it will be headquartered in Wabash, Indiana. Bridgeview provides the highest level of administrative support to a network of eye care practices and ambulatory surgery centers under their umbrella. They specialize in practice management, eliminating the need for doctor-owners to be burdened with administrative duties, and work closely with partners to bring their practices into the Bridgeview Eye Partners network. Currently, they support a network of 54 practices including 40 primary eye care practices, 8 surgical care practices, and 6 ambulatory surgery centers. “Our administrative team at Bridgeview has many years of providing services including human resources, IT, compliance, accounting, billing, marketing, and more to eye care practices. They also have a vast amount of knowledge in onboarding new practices. By providing this support we enable the doctors the time to focus on what they do best, provide excellence in eye care to their patients” said Cathy Garrett-Smith, President, and COO. “It is exciting to open our headquarters in the Wabash Community. We expect to grow rapidly in the upcoming years, both in the number of partners we support and in the number of staff here in Wabash and at our other hubs.”
Bridgeview Eye Partners supports its practice partners by providing business and administrative functions and its considerable practice management expertise, knowledge, and resources to help its partners grow and achieve new levels. Successful practices are built by individual doctors who invested in their businesses over the course of years and each one has its own culture, brand, and identity. Bridgeview Eye Partners understands the unique culture of each practice and prides itself in maintaining every practice’s identity as well as recognizing the importance of doctor-partners preserving a managerial role. “Our approach to uniting with eye care practices is different in that we emphasize continued doctor leadership after the practice has joined us through our Medical Executive Board and Physician Advisory Council,” said Dr. Bruce Trump, CEO of Bridgeview Eye Partners. “We also make sure that the culture and personal feel of each practice that partners with us is continued, which creates high levels of doctor and staff satisfaction.”
